This is my latest project for
Sketchy Board Challenge using the following sketch. For this project, I was inspired by the colors and the bricks in the background. Last summer, my daughter and her good friends went to a local town known for the art scene. She had her picture taken in front of a colorful brick wall, and I immediately thought of it when I saw the inspiration for this sketch. To pull this project together, I used a variety of scrap papers I had on hand from Bella Blvd's "Illustrated Faith" collection along with a sheet of white brick paper from Michaels's "Recollection" line.
