IT'S ALL GOOD

This is my latest project for Use Your Stuff.  This week our team was asked to create a project using stickers.  I've been excited to use Crate Paper's "Good Vibes" collection since I bought it a few months ago, however I was struggling trying to find the perfect picture to go along with the line.  As I was inventorying my pictures, I came across this photo of my daughter playing with a llama pool toy last summer.  She loved this crazy thing, and all the colors matched the colors in the collection.  So using the sketch from my former design team 2 Broke Girls as a guide, I created this project using the variety of stickers from the collection to accent the picture and the papers.

SEASHELLS BY THE SEA SHORE

This is my latest project for Creative Inspiration's June Mini Crop.  This month's crop is about using techniques or Summer themes.  I decided to go summer and featured pictures from a trip I took to New England earlier this month.  My cousin and I flew into Boston and explored the Atlantic coastline from Massachusetts to Maine.  Both of us are used to the beaches of Florida; we were blown away by the beauty, the picturesque beach towns, the vibe of the area.  So for this project, I featured two pictures of us at the Cape Elizabeth beach in Maine.  It was truly one of the most magnificent places I have ever seen.  To pull this project together, I used a variety of papers from Authentique's "Seafarer" collection.  Also, I used the June 16th Sunday Sketch as a guide when pulling this project together.

SOCCER 2018

This is my latest project for Sketches in Thyme using the following sketch.  For this challenge, I was inspired by the circles.  My daughter just finished her select soccer season, so I decided to feature pictures of my daughter during a soccer tournament this past fall.  I loved the action shots from this particular game, and thought these three pictures would be perfect to highlight.  To add the soccer vibe, I used a variety of soccer papers within the circles along with soccer ball stickers from the Doodlebug Design's "Goal" collection.

SOCCER CHICKS

This is my latest project for Creative Inspiration using the following sketch.  For this Sunday's challenge, I decided to use one of my favorite pics from my daughter's past soccer season.  We were killing time between games and went to a farm store where we found a giant stuffed chicken.  My dog loves all stuffed animals, and we thought this would be the perfect gift for him.  So we bought it and it sat lovingly between my daughter and her best friend all the way back to the soccer field.  I decided that farm themed paper would be the perfect pairing for this project along with a few shout outs to soccer, so I used Doodlebug design "Down on the Farm" collection along with a few Doodlebug design soccer embellishments from their "Goal" collection.

WASHINGTON DC

This is my latest project for Let's Scrap using the following sketch.  For this challenge, I decided to feature pictures of my daughter and her best friends during her Washington DC Trip.  She was living her best life while there sightseeing and hanging with her girls.  To pull this project together, I used a variety of papers from Authentique's "Liberty" collection and a Washington DC sticker from Karen Foster's Washington DC Destination Stickers.

ADVENTURE

This is my latest project for Creative Inspiration Design team using the following sketch.  For this project, I decided to use two of my favorite pictures my daughter took in New York City last month; one of her on a boat with the skyline in the background and another one of the Statue of Liberty.  Even a month since the trip, she can not stop talking about how much she loved the city and is planning a return with me sometime in the future.  To pull this project together, I used a variety of papers from Kaisercraft's "Let's Go" collection.

AMOUR

This is my latest project for Use Your Stuff where we were asked to create something with a "vintage" theme.  I decided to use a vintage picture of myself at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France in 1998.  I'm not a big one on having my picture taken, so I'm extremely grateful, especially after the fire in April, that I got this snapshot of myself.  To pull this project together, I used a variety of papers with a vintage feel from Carta Bella's "Amour" line.  I was also inspired by the following sketch from my former design team "2 Broke Girls."

BIG ADVENTURE

This is my latest project for Creative Inspiration using the following sketch.  My daughter graduated from High School two weeks ago.  Needless to say, not only have I been unbelievably emotional, but also crazy busy the past few weeks.  So with this being one of my first trips back into my scrapbook room to create this project, I decided to make graduation my theme.  To pull this project together, I used polka dot paper from Doodlebug Design and also cardstock stickers and a strip of paper from Doodlebug Design's "Dragon Tails" collection since my daughter's former school mascot was a Viking.

SUN FUN

This is my latest project for Sketchy Board Challenges using the following sketch.  This month's featured item to use somewhere on our project was the flamingo.  I decided to reach into my picture archives and use two pics of my niece and nephew playing with a flamingo inflatable toy in my pool a few summer's ago.  To pull this project together, I used a variety of papers from Echo Park's "Summer Fun" collection.
